Job Summary
Working remotely within 50 miles of Charleston, SC, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
