Job Summary

Working remotely within 100 miles of Englewood, CO, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage customer inquiries, provide support for banking products, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding banking services
• Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required qualifications
