Job Summary
To support customer service initiatives, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist clients with inquiries and account management in a remote setting within 50 miles of Charleston, SC.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide solutions to issues
- Manage customer interactions through various communication channels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
