Job Summary
To support customer service initiatives, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions remotely within 50 miles of Orangeburg, SC.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
