Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage routine health-related inquiries through various communication channels while working remotely from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern, following a four-week onsite training period.

Key responsibilities
  • Supports assigned client groups by performing routine health-related customer service activities
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls, adhering to established scripts and procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality of customer information while providing professional and empathetic service
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of related customer service experience
  • Ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries via digital methods
  • Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency with Outlook and Excel
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork
