Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage routine health-related inquiries through various communication channels while working remotely from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern, following a four-week onsite training period.
Key responsibilities
- Supports assigned client groups by performing routine health-related customer service activities
- Handles inbound and outbound calls, adhering to established scripts and procedures
- Maintains confidentiality of customer information while providing professional and empathetic service
Required qualifications
- 1 year of related customer service experience
- Ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries via digital methods
- Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency with Outlook and Excel
- Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork
