Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage routine health-related inquiries through various communication channels while working remotely from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern, after completing a four-week onsite training program.

Key responsibilities
  • Supports assigned client groups by performing routine health-related customer service activities
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls, following established scripts and procedures to ensure timely responses
  • Maintains customer confidentiality and delivers sensitive health information with professionalism and empathy
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of related customer service experience
  • Experience in health care or laboratory settings is preferred
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, including phone systems and chat platforms
  • Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in service delivery
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork within a collaborative environment
