Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative for a US remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, validate, and respond to client queries, issues, or requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Escalate issues to higher levels of support as needed and set customer expectations for follow-up and resolution
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams to resolve customer-reported issues
Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service acumen demonstrated in an IT solutions environment
- Intermediate understanding of SQL databases and XML-based web services
- Proven ability to handle defined periods of stress with professional poise
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing with teammates, management, developers, and clients
- Ability to handle multiple clients and open issues
