Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative for a US remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, validate, and respond to client queries, issues, or requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Escalate issues to higher levels of support as needed and set customer expectations for follow-up and resolution
  • Work collaboratively across multiple teams to resolve customer-reported issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service acumen demonstrated in an IT solutions environment
  • Intermediate understanding of SQL databases and XML-based web services
  • Proven ability to handle defined periods of stress with professional poise
  • Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing with teammates, management, developers, and clients
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and open issues
