Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and respond to calls, emails, and chats; make outbound calls as necessary
  • Research and provide resolution to inquiries from members, providers, pharmacies, and employer groups
  • Document call information, enter data accurately, and maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Technician or related field
  • Certified, Licensed or Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • Experience in customer service and call center
  • Understanding of Fair Chance Act and New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD)
