Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to calls, emails, and chats; make outbound calls as necessary
- Research and provide resolution to inquiries from members, providers, pharmacies, and employer groups
- Document call information, enter data accurately, and maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Technician or related field
- Certified, Licensed or Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Experience in customer service and call center
- Understanding of Fair Chance Act and New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD)
