Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative for FDS with an active Personal Lines License.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers with insurance-related inquiries and issues
  • Communicating with customers via multiple channels and systems
  • Proactively seeking solutions within compliance and legal requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must maintain a Personal Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance or related field preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
