Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Care Sales Advisor I will assist customers with billing inquiries, service scheduling, and product changes while blending service and sales skills to build trust and resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts to assist customers effectively
- Respond to inbound inquiries, providing personalized communication and addressing customer needs
- Utilize telephone-based selling skills to build rapport, negotiate services, and meet sales activity goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to ask fact-finding questions to identify customer solutions
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism in customer interactions
- Working knowledge of Cable One products and services
- Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-pressure situations
