Job Summary

As a full-time remote Customer Care Sales Advisor I, the successful candidate will assist customers with billing inquiries, service scheduling, and product changes while blending service and sales skills to retain customers and demonstrate the value of the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts to assist customers effectively
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues
  • Utilize telephone-based selling skills to build rapport, identify customer needs, and upsell services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to ask fact-finding questions to align solutions with customer needs
  • Working knowledge of Cable One products and services
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism in customer interactions
  • Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-pressure situations
