Job Summary

To support customer satisfaction and sales operations, the temporary remote Customer Care Sales Coordinator will manage product returns and recalls, coordinate with vendors, and respond to inquiries from customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage return, recall, and exception requests from initiation through completion while adhering to established guidelines
  • Review and process return authorization requests for various product types to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate approvals and communication with vendors to support timely resolution of return activities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customer service or sales operations, preferably in the animal health or veterinary industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and comfort working within multiple systems and platforms
  • Familiarity with IBM AS400, IBS XT client, or Salesforce is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to manage a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
