Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and faxes, take customer orders for medical equipment
  • Maintain open communication with patients, clients, and referral sources
  • Verify medical necessity, eligibility, and insurance coverage for orders
Qualifications:
  • Experience with a Medical Supply Company
  • Knowledge of diagnosis and Medical terminology
  • Previous Management/Supervisor or Lead experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in healthcare, medical, and/or HME industry (preferred)
