Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide frontline support for clients in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer tickets within a 4-hour SLA using ticketing systems
  • Analyze data and identify root causes for customer issues
  • Develop technical knowledge related to tax regulations and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in remote customer service (phone, email, chat)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like HubSpot, Make, and Google Suite
  • Understanding of APIs and third-party application troubleshooting
  • Experience or knowledge of sales tax or VAT is a plus
  • Ability to navigate technical complexities and follow documentation
