Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding mortgage servicing questions and concerns, ensuring compliance with CFPB guidelines
  • Initiate contact with borrowers experiencing early delinquency and recommend retention solutions
  • Assist with loan servicing website and mobile app issues, including payment processing and account access


Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a mortgage servicing call center, preferably using Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
  • Must pass a background investigation
  • History of reliable attendance and ability to meet performance standards
