Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding mortgage servicing questions and concerns, ensuring compliance with CFPB guidelines
- Initiate contact with borrowers experiencing early delinquency and recommend retention solutions
- Assist with loan servicing website and mobile app issues, including payment processing and account access
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a mortgage servicing call center, preferably using Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Must pass a background investigation
- History of reliable attendance and ability to meet performance standards
