Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users with billing-related inquiries through phone, live chat, and email
  • Provide accurate support, resolve payment issues, and process refunds or credits
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in billing and math to understand invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and payment processing tools
  • Willingness to work from 10 am to 6 pm or 11 am to 7 pm EST, Monday to Friday
  • Adaptability to navigate billing systems and troubleshoot issues effectively
