Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide assistance to members and providers regarding programs, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
  • Resolve customer administrative concerns and assist in claim resolutions as the first line of contact
  • Document customer interactions and provide information regarding in-network and out-of-network reimbursement rates
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa
  • Flexible in scheduling and comfortable with change
  • Proficient typing skills (average 35+ WPM) and ability to navigate various computer platforms
