Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide assistance to members and providers regarding programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
- Resolve customer administrative concerns and assist in claim resolutions as the first line of contact
- Document customer interactions and provide information regarding in-network and out-of-network reimbursement rates
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- No prior experience necessary
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa
- Flexible in scheduling and comfortable with change
- Proficient typing skills (average 35+ WPM) and ability to navigate various computer platforms
