Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers with existing loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls regarding mortgage servicing questions and concerns, ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Initiate contact with borrowers experiencing early delinquency to discuss solutions
  • Assist borrowers with loan servicing website and app issues, including payment processing and account access
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a mortgage servicing call center using Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes some weekends
  • Must pass a background investigation
  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage industry laws, rules, and regulations
