Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I who must live in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members/beneficiaries or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and eligibility inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
  • Build relationships with members or providers by providing quality customer service and resolving open issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment
  • No specific licensure or certification is required
