Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I who must live in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members/beneficiaries or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and eligibility inquiries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
- Build relationships with members or providers by providing quality customer service and resolving open issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Proficiency in a Windows environment
- No specific licensure or certification is required
