Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage customer orders and ensure timely communication and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry and acknowledgment to customers
  • Communicate order status proactively and manage customer expectations
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer service efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service in a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
  • Experience with JDE/Cognos/Tableau is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
