Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage customer orders and ensure timely communication and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and acknowledgment to customers

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service in a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
- Experience with JDE/Cognos/Tableau is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
