Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist responsible for servicing customer orders on-time and in-full.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate order entry and acknowledgment
  • Communicate order status proactively to customers and manage expectations
  • Identify and implement process improvements for order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service within a fast-paced consumer or manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
  • Experience with JDE/Cognos/Tableau is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
