Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care & Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via Zendesk and collaborate with call center representatives
  • Engage with the community on social media, addressing inquiries and escalating sensitive issues as needed
  • Participate in regular check-ins to review customer issues and assist with drafting response templates
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in phone customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suites; experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms
  • Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment
