Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed
- Document and resolve incoming and outgoing calls from the Customer Service Line
- Update records in the database and conduct customer satisfaction surveys post-installation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one to two years of related customer service experience
- Knowledge of computer workstations and software including databases and spreadsheets
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize work activities
