Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed
  • Document and resolve incoming and outgoing calls from the Customer Service Line
  • Update records in the database and conduct customer satisfaction surveys post-installation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with one to two years of related customer service experience
  • Knowledge of computer workstations and software including databases and spreadsheets
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
