Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide Tier 1 support by addressing standard and recurring issues, and document customer inquiries and resolutions
  • Work across teams to resolve issues satisfactorily and may provide one-on-one training for customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven customer support or client service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Technical support experience is an advantage (if applicable)
