Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide Tier 1 support by addressing standard and recurring issues, and document customer inquiries and resolutions
- Work across teams to resolve issues satisfactorily and may provide one-on-one training for customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Technical support experience is an advantage (if applicable)
