Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on first contact

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or GED)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with direct customer contact
  • Ability to work between 8AM - 8PM EST, Monday-Friday
