Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist who provides industry-leading service while handling customer banking inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone with effective listening, empathy, and efficiency while staying updated on policies and regulations
- Facilitate and manage customer service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication
- Maintain compliance with regulations and policies while engaging in proactive sales and referral conversations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in using a computer with MS Windows
- Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps
- Familiarity with federal banking regulations and internal controls
