Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill service requests and resolve issues related to products and the hosting environment
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience with Tessitura software and product suite is required
  • Excellent call center or customer service experience
  • Self-starter with ability to work well independently and in groups
  • Desire to focus on customer satisfaction and the customer experience
  • Capacity to explain complex concepts to individuals with varying technical understanding
