Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will provide industry-leading service while facilitating customer transactions and resolving banking inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone with effective listening and empathy, staying updated on policies and regulations
  • Facilitate and manage customer service requests, ensuring communication and resolution with operational teams
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and policies while driving proactive sales and referral conversations


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience (Required)
  • Proficiency in using a computer with MS Windows for work-related tasks
  • Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet download speed of 100 Mbps
  • Understanding of federal banking regulations and internal controls
