Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will provide industry-leading service while facilitating customer transactions and resolving banking inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone with effective listening and empathy, staying updated on policies and regulations
- Facilitate and manage customer service requests, ensuring communication and resolution with operational teams
- Maintain compliance with regulations and policies while driving proactive sales and referral conversations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 2 or more years of customer service experience (Required)
- Proficiency in using a computer with MS Windows for work-related tasks
- Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet download speed of 100 Mbps
- Understanding of federal banking regulations and internal controls
