Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional III to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner for customer inquiries, resolving routine and complex problems
- Edit and update customer account information, managing account changes and service needs
- Generate key customer reports and collaborate with internal departments to meet service standards
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional Customer Service or Contact Center environment
- High competency in computer software packages and experience with CRM applications
- Strong reasoning skills with the ability to identify trends and research issues
- High School Diploma required; a minimum of 2 years of College Education preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal strength
