Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional III to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary owner for customer inquiries, resolving routine and complex problems
  • Edit and update customer account information, managing account changes and service needs
  • Generate key customer reports and collaborate with internal departments to meet service standards
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a professional Customer Service or Contact Center environment
  • High competency in computer software packages and experience with CRM applications
  • Strong reasoning skills with the ability to identify trends and research issues
  • High School Diploma required; a minimum of 2 years of College Education preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal strength
