Job Summary

Customer Care Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for providing personalized customer experiences in a Disability Income Call Center, requiring flexibility to work any 8-hour shift within the hours of operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on the first contact
  • Educate customers about their insurance policies

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
