Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for providing personalized customer experiences in a Disability Income Call Center, requiring flexibility to work any 8-hour shift within the hours of operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on the first contact

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
