Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the part-time Customer Care Specialist will assist customers through inbound calls and support ticketing systems, addressing inquiries related to products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer requests via inbound calls and support ticketing systems
  • Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting and resolving standard issues with customer configurations and software
  • Document customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with generally less than 2 years of experience
  • Familiarity with customer care concepts, procedures, and methodologies
  • Ability to perform routine customer care duties, including tracking tickets and documenting customer issues
  • Experience in troubleshooting equipment and software compatibility problems
  • Willingness to work from 9am to 6pm EST
