Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the part-time Customer Care Specialist will assist customers through inbound calls and support ticketing systems, addressing inquiries related to products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer requests via inbound calls and support ticketing systems
- Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting and resolving standard issues with customer configurations and software
- Document customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with generally less than 2 years of experience
- Familiarity with customer care concepts, procedures, and methodologies
- Ability to perform routine customer care duties, including tracking tickets and documenting customer issues
- Experience in troubleshooting equipment and software compatibility problems
- Willingness to work from 9am to 6pm EST
