Job Summary
Providing excellent customer service support, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will manage inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and educate customers about the Vitality program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support inbound phone calls from members and provide over-the-phone assistance
- Specialize in first call resolution and manage escalated inquiries effectively
- Track and analyze current processes to identify improvements and communicate solutions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Health or wellness background is a plus
