Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service support, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will manage inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and educate customers about the Vitality program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support inbound phone calls from members and provide over-the-phone assistance
  • Specialize in first call resolution and manage escalated inquiries effectively
  • Track and analyze current processes to identify improvements and communicate solutions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Health or wellness background is a plus
