Job Summary
Enthusiastic about customer experience, the full-time Customer Care Specialist I will manage day-to-day customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring top-tier account management for active transactions while working remotely in the evenings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and respond to 40+ customer inquiries daily regarding vehicle listings and transactions
- Monitor listings to ensure compliance with safety and title requirements across varying states
- Act as an account manager for active deals, facilitating communication and managing expectations between buyers and sellers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with G Suite applications and strong computer proficiency, preferably with Mac O/S
- Experience in operational support, ideally in a tech-driven environment
- Conversational Spanish language abilities are a plus
