Job Summary

Enthusiastic about customer experience, the full-time Customer Care Specialist I will manage day-to-day customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring top-tier account management for active transactions while working remotely in the evenings.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and respond to 40+ customer inquiries daily regarding vehicle listings and transactions
  • Monitor listings to ensure compliance with safety and title requirements across varying states
  • Act as an account manager for active deals, facilitating communication and managing expectations between buyers and sellers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with G Suite applications and strong computer proficiency, preferably with Mac O/S
  • Experience in operational support, ideally in a tech-driven environment
  • Conversational Spanish language abilities are a plus
