Job Summary

Handling moderately complex customer issues, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will provide guidance to other representatives, analyze customer interactions for process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries that require advanced product knowledge and multi-step troubleshooting
  • Serve as a resource for other representatives, offering coaching and support
  • Identify patterns in customer interactions and suggest improvements to processes and documentation
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and developing intelligent prompts or agents
  • Advanced organizational and documentation skills across multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
