Job Summary
Handling moderately complex customer issues, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will provide guidance to other representatives, analyze customer interactions for process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries that require advanced product knowledge and multi-step troubleshooting
- Serve as a resource for other representatives, offering coaching and support
- Identify patterns in customer interactions and suggest improvements to processes and documentation
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in using AI tools and developing intelligent prompts or agents
- Advanced organizational and documentation skills across multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
