Job Summary
Passionate customer-focused individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Customer Care Specialist, responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, managing communications across various channels, and proactively resolving issues to ensure a delightful experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and email with product and service questions
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls and emails while providing technical support for website navigation
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, owning each interaction from start to finish
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
- At least 1+ years of experience in the veterinary or healthcare space
- 6+ months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6 pm ET
