Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will manage order entry, acknowledgement, and status communication for mid-tier to large customer accounts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and acknowledgement to customers
- Communicate order status proactively, confirming ship dates and managing customer expectations
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance order fulfillment efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service within a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Experience with JDE, Cognos, Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal customers
