Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will coordinate employment-related examinations and interact with examinees and network providers, with the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling of employment-related examinations with examinees and network providers
- Utilize software to track examination progress and maintain records for billing and delivery
- Process inbound and outbound communications while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Dependability and strong organizational skills
