Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will coordinate employment-related examinations and interact with examinees and network providers, with the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of employment-related examinations with examinees and network providers
  • Utilize software to track examination progress and maintain records for billing and delivery
  • Process inbound and outbound communications while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Dependability and strong organizational skills
