Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to rental car customers regarding toll inquiries
  • Use tools to reach accurate resolutions with a focus on one-call resolution
  • Develop and maintain knowledge related to toll services

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 6 months+ customer service experience (call-center preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Passion for teamwork and collaboration
  • Flexibility to work any shift
