Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to rental car customers regarding toll inquiries
- Use tools to reach accurate resolutions with a focus on one-call resolution
- Develop and maintain knowledge related to toll services
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months+ customer service experience (call-center preferred)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration
- Flexibility to work any shift
