Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Review and monitor listings to ensure they meet safety and title requirements
- Manage active deals by assisting with buyer payments, required documents, and expectations
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 2 years of experience
- Comfortable with phones, live chat, and technology
- Strong familiarity with G Suite and CRM experience
- Computer proficiency with Mac O/S and conversational Spanish language abilities are a plus
