Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Review and monitor listings to ensure they meet safety and title requirements
  • Manage active deals by assisting with buyer payments, required documents, and expectations
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Less than 2 years of experience
  • Comfortable with phones, live chat, and technology
  • Strong familiarity with G Suite and CRM experience
  • Computer proficiency with Mac O/S and conversational Spanish language abilities are a plus
