Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, the full-time Customer Care Specialist II will coordinate employment-related examinations, interact with examinees and providers, and utilize software for scheduling and tracking in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate scheduling of medical exams with examinees and network providers while adhering to program-specific protocols
  • Process and track examination results, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and maintaining quality assurance
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, assist with administrative duties, and monitor team communications
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Dependability and strong organizational skills
