Job Summary
Providing support for clients' employees, the full-time Customer Care Delivery Specialist in HR Services with German and English will assist with HR procedures and employment benefits inquiries through various communication channels, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist employees with questions regarding HR procedures, onboarding, and benefits through phone and webchat
- Explain the use of online HR systems to clients
- Investigate and resolve more complex HR-related cases
Required qualifications:
- Excellent proficiency in English (C1 minimum)
- Excellent proficiency in German (C1 minimum)
- Adaptability and attention to detail
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a plus, but not required
