Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Customer Care in the Claims department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of Customer Care Representatives
  • Execute quality assurance programs and monitor employee performance
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support for team members

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Prior supervisory/management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and call center technology
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as needed
