Job Summary

- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Required Qualifications
- College Degree and/or relevant industry experience preferred
- 3-5 years of leadership and/or SaaS account management experience
- Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn software tools
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
