Job Summary
To support a high-performing customer service team, the full-time Customer Care Supervisor will oversee 15-20 representatives in a remote call center environment, focusing on coaching, performance management, and operational improvements while ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop customer service representatives to enhance team performance
- Monitor daily call center operations to meet service level and quality goals
- Handle escalated customer concerns and lead call center projects for process improvements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of leadership experience in a call center setting
- Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory position
- Technological proficiency, including MS Office and telecommunication tools
- Ability to work under pressure and drive sustainable business growth
