Job Summary

To support a high-performing customer service team, the full-time Customer Care Supervisor will oversee 15-20 representatives in a remote call center environment, focusing on coaching, performance management, and operational improvements while ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor, and develop customer service representatives to enhance team performance
  • Monitor daily call center operations to meet service level and quality goals
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and lead call center projects for process improvements
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of leadership experience in a call center setting
  • Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory position
  • Technological proficiency, including MS Office and telecommunication tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive sustainable business growth
