Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10-12 Care Tax Experts
  • Evaluate employee performance and monitor customer outcomes to ensure accountability
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to payroll and tax filing, and maintain communication with agents regarding their concerns


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the Payroll/Tax field or a closely related role
  • 3+ years of experience in performance management and coaching as a people leader
  • 4+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in filing original and amended payroll tax returns
  • Experience working with tax authorities and understanding the tax notice/resolution process
