A company is looking for a Customer Care Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10-12 Care Tax Experts
- Evaluate employee performance and monitor customer outcomes to ensure accountability
- Provide subject matter expertise related to payroll and tax filing, and maintain communication with agents regarding their concerns
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the Payroll/Tax field or a closely related role
- 3+ years of experience in performance management and coaching as a people leader
- 4+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction
- Proficient in filing original and amended payroll tax returns
- Experience working with tax authorities and understanding the tax notice/resolution process
