Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and conduct functional training programs for new and existing employees
  • Update and communicate department knowledge management articles and procedures
  • Provide support, direction, and coaching to employees regarding service requests and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling customer service requests
  • At least six months of experience in coaching or leading Customer Service Representatives
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
