Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care - Member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct team to meet goals and compliance standards
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement improvement solutions


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the healthcare field, particularly Medicaid or Medicare, preferred
