Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the customer care team to meet goals and compliance standards
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
- Analyze data and monitor performance indicators to identify trends and implement improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center environment is strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare is preferred
