Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the team to meet goals, regulatory compliance, and department standards
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of customer service experience, with at least one year in a call center environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare is preferred
