Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the team to meet goals, regulatory compliance, and department standards
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Three years of customer service experience, with at least one year in a call center environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare is preferred
