Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Lead to join their Customer Services & Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations by generating and distributing productivity reports to ensure accurate customer follow-ups and account profiles
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team and fellow Team Leads to identify performance gaps and align on departmental goals
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to maintain quality of work and ensure compliance with organizational standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in records or data management industries
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
